3. Payment & Fees

Fees for Services are outlined in your client agreement or order form.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are due as stated on the invoice.


Setup fees, advertising budgets, and AI usage costs (e.g., per-minute charges) are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide timely access to information, systems, and resources needed to deliver the Services.

Maintain accurate and updated business information.

Use leads, data, and automations responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Data & Privacy

All customer and lead data generated through our Services is owned by the client.


We will handle data according to our Privacy Policy


6. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, content, and technology provided by Monox remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.


After the initial service term, certain AI agents or workflows may be transferred to the client as outlined in the client agreement.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, booked calls, or closed deals. Results vary depending on market, budget, and client performance.


Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate Services with written notice as outlined in the client agreement.


Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due, and Services will cease unless otherwise agreed.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
